I can’t read the post, but I was curious to see the pics from the gathering. As an American, I am surprised to see an American flag on the wall.

Alex, we were convening a training on blogging in Karakol – capital of issyk-Kul oblast of Kyrgyzstan. It was carried out at the IATP (Internet Access & Training Program) center, which is financed by US Government. Therefore the flag of this country was on the wall

Dear All and Mirsulzhan,
i think there shouldn’t be any complaints about having an american flag on the pictures. you had your trainings in our IATP center in Karakol, in every our center we have such flags. Also IATP is not funded by the US government, it is funded by USAID and administered by IREX
